We offer full-service investment management for inbound global capital and capital raising from Australian wholesale investors seeking to invest offshore.

We have an experienced on-the-ground investment team with significant experience in the Australian market across all asset classes, in both equity and debt investment.

We are a fully regulated investment manager and holder of an Australian Financial Services Licence
(No: 497211).

Team

Our team of seven investment professionals is based in Sydney and Melbourne and includes two fund managers, one investment director, two senior investment managers, one senior asset manager and one analyst. The team has over 100 years of real estate experience across key asset classes and works closely with colleagues in Japan and Singapore.

Greg joined Savills Investment Management in 2020 and moved to Sydney in 2021. Greg manages the Savills Investment Management Asia Pacific income and growth strategy and leads a four-strong investment team, he has over 30 years’ experience across real estate investment, financial reporting, corporate finance, consulting and transaction advisory. Greg joined Savills IM from BlackRock, where he was a managing director and chief investment officer of the AsiaPac real estate business.
