Our Polish office has grown substantially in only five years, with assets under management now EUR 1.7bn and includes office, retail and logistics assets.

Notable acquisitions include Gdanski Business Center, an office asset purchased for c. EUR 400mn, and the shopping centre Galeria Katowicka, acquired for c. EUR 295mn.

Our team have completed c.EUR 1.1bn in BTS/multi-let logistics transactions, including an EUR 140mn fulfilment center on behalf of a strategic partnership client and EUR 112mn prime multi-let unit for a German fund.

Our team has expanded rapidly to include eight real estate investment professionals, with further growth expected as our asset footprint in the country continues to expand.

Our team of nine investment professionals are based in Warsaw and Katowice. In addition to Piotr, the team includes asset managers and a project manager. The team has a cumulative 70 years of real estate experience across key asset classes and works closely with colleagues across our international offices on end-to-end execution and management of investments on behalf of global investors.

Piotr Trzciński manages operations of Savills Investment Management in Poland and is responsible for business development and execution of strategies of global real estate investors in Poland. Piotr joined Savills IM in 2017 with the opening of the Warsaw office. Under Piotr’s supervision, the Polish business of Savills IM grew to €1.8 bn AUM and 9 professionals in less than five years, establishing Savills IM as one of the leading investment managers in the country.
