Team
Our team of 19 experienced real estate individuals, some with more than 20 years’ experience in the Spanish and Portuguese real estate markets, service a full range of investors needs. The Spanish and Portuguese team are based in Madrid, including nine investment and asset managers with four support staff in the financial and legal departments.
This includes Juan Miguel Marinas (Head of Asset Management), who has over 17 years’ experience in the Iberian real estate market; Maurice Kelly (Head of Transactions) who has been involved in over 4BN transactions in the market and Juan Riestra, Director specialising in residential projects.
